    Hello,

    tournament gold transfers at account deletion or server end:

    Qualification servers:
    - Gold can be moved away from the qualification server to a regular server in the qualification server's domain.
    - Gold cannot be moved into the qualification server.
    - Gold cannot be moved within the qualification server.

    Finals server:
    - Gold cannot be moved away from the finals server.
    - Gold cannot be moved into the finals server.
    - Gold cannot be moved within the finals server.

    I'm getting this when I try to transfer my gold to comx3

    gold transfer
    The selected player is currently not authorised to accept gold. »back«


    Help?

    Once again, when there is some problem with gold no one respond, but when you ask how to buy it and advantages of it, there is 20 persons responding.

    I can't transfer my gold and 6 gold from my acc vanished and +25% production ended up earlier. Now i know I won't play this game anymore.

    because no-one here is qualified enough to do anything about it.

    there is a special gold support you have to contact with your ingame name and the problem you are facing::

    you can find it if you clock on the question mark next to the logout button and under the "Plus support"

    Hi. You need to contact plus@travian.com. Unfortunately only them can help you with that, we just don't have necessary tools for that.

    Sent them message on 01.12. still waiting. I don't have anymore gold on the server, and i wont buy any because i have 196 gold to transfer.

    Please, send message to admin@travian.com then. Add the description of your problem.
    Specifically mention that you've sent the first request on the 1th of December, so that they could look into it and find out what happened with the first ticket.
