Oh, really? I have not experienced this bug for myself so I do not know exactly how to accomplish it, I have just heard that when a village becomes a capital it will not lose the Great Barracks or Great Stable. I assumed it happens when you choose to change your capital, as the only other way for your capital to be changed is for your capital to be zero-popped when you only have two villages.
