TS10 down

There already is a thread in the TS10 chapter but stil I'd like to put it down here.

TS10 seems to be down, and although I'm sure the boys & girls of Travian are working hard to fix this, we'd love to have some information. Downtime can happen ofcourse, but please let us know what is going on.

I managed to get in briefly and it seems the clock on the server is still running: neg crop is flying away and it's likely a lot of people will lose troops due to starvation. Somehow I could NPC -with a lot of refreshing- but this is getting a tricky situation prety soon...

Phanttis seems to be on holiday (have fun!), perhaps Tschena can fill us in?

Dear Travian Stuff,

I have big problem with ts10 server. Maintenance is still on, and my army begin to starve 'cos i can't send crop or do NPC.

I hope you will find a way to give me back my dead army.

Can the travian staff give us an update about this server issue? It has been down for hours now.

It seems the data base of the server crashed. The technical support is working on it. We will try to bring back the server in the next 2 hours.

Does this mean... a rollback? I'd really appreciate your answer as I'd like to sneak attack a target and a rollback would mess it up.

You assume that everybody has the same success you do in gaining activity by refreshing continuously. This not the case, which means we don't have a level playing field.

On the "bright" side, it looks like the server may actually be down now.
