To report a bug please first choose the version as follows

a) Travian Version T2.5 (com3)
  1. Check from T2.5/T3 Answers database, if the bug is really a bug and not a feature.
  2. Try clearing cookies and temporary internet files.
  3. If the bug still exists, write about it an email to admin@travian.com which includes your account name, server address and the issue - and the steps to reproduce the issue if possible.


b) Travian Version T4
  1. Check from T4 Answers database, if the bug is really a bug and not a feature.
  2. Try clearing cookies and temporary internet files.
  3. If the bug still exists, report it using the in-game support request form. Include the issue and if possible, also steps how to reproduce the bug
  4. If the bug is about the support request form, then please send email to bugs@travian.com which includes your account name, server address (very important) and the issue. Screenshot is worth a lot also so those can be attached.


c) If you cannot send email, and in addition it is the support request form that is down or bugged, start a new thread to this forum, and include the server address and issue.

To report a server failure do as follows
  1. Check your own connection to Internet.
  2. Try clearing cookies and temporary internet files.
  3. If those do not help, please go to Server Status page, from the country column, search COM.
  4. If it has a red helmet next to it, then the issue is already reported and you do not have to do anything.
  5. If it has a green helmet next to it, and server is still down, then report it via email to admin@travian.com including your account name and server address where you play. Also please include date and time when you encountered the problem, along with error message (examples: "Gad Gateway 504", "I think there might have been a mistake leaving the Shire 500.", "Game Database is unavailable", ...)
