andromeda is an empire controll set in the nearby andromeda galaxy, there are 2 main extra galactic factions pre existing, "The alliance of free men, from the milky way after a long voyage from earth" and me "the empire of selendis, a highly advanced race from the pegesus galaxy"
other than that there are no pre driven plots or other established races, allowing for you to be creative
