You can download here the standard graphic pack from travian.

Your graphic pack has to be in the same structure. Otherwise it will not work.

shouldn't be a game as big as travian having a proper seperate website to host the gfx pack

If you want to submit it just for fun feel free to do it. If it is a good one we may also upload it for the other players.

For the red-green colour thingies, how do you do it? I think you're supposed to make everything a colour other than red or green, am I correct?
